Gorgeously light and fragrant Pineau D’Aunis that shines a light on the wonders of the grape. Produced from young vines planted over sand, silex and iron, the grapes were fermented as whole bunches for three weeks, before being pressed to old barrels to age until the following spring. Bright acidity and aromas of wild strawberries, slatey minerals and pink peppercorns.
