A pale amber blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from Gard-vigneron, Lori Haon, in Southern Rhone. Light and approachable in style with aromas of pithy citrus, fleshy stone fruits and hints of Herbes Provencal that carries over to a gently textured palette with bright acidity and fine tannins. Cultivated organic on clay-limestone soils and harvested by hand at Domaine du Bartassou in Languedoc, the grapes were manually crushed and left to macerate on skins for 3 weeks in Lori’s winery before undergoing spontaneous fermentation and élévage in concrete vats. Bottled unfined/unfiltered and with minuscule additions of sulphur. Another great value quaffer from the Gard’s brightest rising star!
