Presenting Mills Brewing's new release: Running Beer. This blend of four, three, and two-year-old spontaneously fermented beers is aged in French and American oak barrels, previously used for Bourbon whiskey and Burgundy white wine. After blending, it’s bottle-conditioned for five months.
With rye grains enhancing the body and American oak adding a creamy touch, Running Beer delivers a consistently rich flavour. Though there’s no fixed recipe, the natural variation from wild fermentation is embraced in every batch.
