This fresh and gorgeously balanced Tuscan blend brings out the best of each varietal in its mix. The wine is a blend of Treibbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia, which are pressed softly after hand-picking, and then spontaneously fermented and aged in steel tanks. Saline, mineral and textural, with pleasing aromas of yellow plum and acacia flowers.
