Crisp yet gentle bubbles that make a wonderful expression of Piedmont’s local white grape Bianchetta. Produced from a dozen hybrids sitting six hundred metres above sea level, the grapes spent three days on the skins before being pressed off into stainless steel tanks where the wine rested until the following spring, with the fizz created in bottle. Notes of bright citrus fruit, subtle minerals, and alpine herbs.
