Complex and deep, this is Robinot’s most brooding red. Produced from vines between 50 and 100 year-olds, it is fermented whole bunch, before spending a year aging in old barrels. Mineral and spicy, the wine shows Robinot’s ability to work dynamically with Pineau D’Aunis.
