Ryšák translates as “ginger,” and this unique wine combines red and white grapes as has historically been done in the region. Gewurztraminer, Blaufrankisch, and Gruner Veltliner are macerated for four months, blended with dried vine leaves, before aging in acacia barrels. Juicy citrus with hints of tropicality and floral tones.
