Capturing the aromatic side of Pineau D’Aunis, the alluring nose offers white pepper, forest berries and herbs. Produced from 40-year-old vines, it is fermented whole bunch, before spending 15 months aging in old barrels. Light and vibrant, but with a tannic touch and plush fruit, the wine would pair well with spiced duck or pork.
