A vivid, fine-grained Pinot from a tiny terraced site newly farmed by Catharina in Volnay. Made with 50% whole bunch, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for 12 months in neutral barrels with only minimal additional SO2 added, this showcases the Volnay terroir at its best and purest. Energetic and pretty, with delicious notes of blood orange and wild raspberry fruit, vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and a complex, mineral finish.
