From 65 year-old Chardonnay vines grown on blue marl and limestone, this is a true Jura Chardonnay, defined by an enticing touch of oxidation that lends depth. Wild-fermented and produced without sulphur, it ages on fine lees in old Meursault barrels, giving it a delightfully rounded texture. Aromas of pear, yellow apple, preserved lemon, and thyme unfurl in the glass.
