Sensational Sauvy B propelled by stunning Burgundian depth. The wine is produced from purchased must from Domaine Verret in Saint-Bris-Le-Vineux – a plot with limestone and clay soils planted in 2011 – which is pressed directly and fermented with indigenous yeast, followed by 12 months ageing in barrels, and just minimal SO2 added at bottling. Bold and mouth-filling but with juicy lemony acidity to provide balance, and notes of white flowers, earth and minerals to add complexity.
