Produced from muscat grapes grown on white and gray marl in the Italian alps, and picked at optimum ripeness, the wine is spontaneously fermented on the skins for three weeks, and aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. Impressive aromatic depth and tannic drive, with enough acids to provide balance.
