An electrifying white Burgundy with energy and soul, but equally, finesse. The Chardonnay grows on very stony limestone soil, is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in 228L and 600L barrels, with only a light filtration and minimal SO2 addition before bottling. Broad and rich but with a striking thread of vivid citrusy acids and a precise mineral cut.
