This elegant red is a great example of the very best of Czech winemaking. Produced from St. Laurent grapes from a single vineyard, the wine is fermented with native yeasts, and aged in acacia barrels for 12 months. The result is a rich but well-balanced wine with lots of ripe fruit in plums, black cherries and figs, as well as a subtle hint of spice, and an impressively long finish.
