A blend of high-altitude Grenache and Mourvèdre with bags of depth. The grapes are crushed by foot, pressed off after a week, and aged in a single old barrel until the following spring. With intense flavours of ripe fruits and a briny edge, all given a fresh lift from its height on the slope, it marries well with acid-driven flavoursome dishes in the region and beyond.
