Produced from 25 year old vines, this is a Savagnin ouillé with vivacious energy, as well as the enticing density and length expected from the grape. The wine is fermented in stainless steel before spending 11 months ageing in old foudre, and bottling with only up to 25 mg/l of sulphur. Notes of confit lemon, bitter green herbs and freshly squeezed-lime.
