Enticing aromatics of peachy iced tea, white flowers and grilled orange peel, with a balanced palate and a lick of ocean spray on the finish. Farmed organic on clay soils less than 6 miles from the ocean, the grapes were first destemmed and left to macerate on skins for about a week before pressing and 8 months of élévage in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur.
