Fresh but characterful white in a can, with a touch of enticing smokiness. A blend of Macabeu and Parellada from twenty-year-old vines, with the grapes macerated on the skins for four days followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing on the lees in amphorae for six months, with canning taking place without filtration, fining, or added sulphites. Persistent and generous on the palate, with clean acidity and lots of white fruit.
