The blend of Chardonnay from two sustainable growers with vines on Bajocian limestone soils, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in 228L and 600L barrels, with only a light filtration and minimal SO2 addition before bottling. Captures the terroir while maintaining a Chanterêves identity.
