Starting in the late 90’s with just one hectare of vines, Sylvain has been making wine since the tender age of 14! He now farms 17 hectares with his wife Maryse. His Aligoté is a mixture of grapes sourced all over Burgundy. Ripe fruits, gentle acidity, mineral, really, just perfect with fresh fish. It really is such an elegant Burgundian aligoté made by a true master.
