Delightfully delicate pepper and smoke, this is Pinot Noir which can only have been grown and produced in Alsace. Christophe comes from 250+ winemaking dynasty, he wheeled things back to the way his ancestors did it in 2009, going fully organic, then if that wasn't enough, in 2012 he stopped adding any sulphites and / or additions all together. He's an inspiration to us all, and reminds us that it's never too late to make a big change towards a more sustainable way of living and operating.
