Vibrant and perfumed rosé with plenty of depth. It’s produced from 50-80 year-old Gamay d’Auvergne from numerous parcels grown over basalt and quartz, with a portion pressed directly, whilst whole bunches were left to infuse in the fermenting juice for four days before being pressed to stainless steel vats for a year, and bottling without filtration, finding or added sulphur. Juicy red fruits and smoky minerals make for a pleasing experience.
