A wine built for whipping out alongside cold cuts, and if served on a hot day, certainly slightly chilled. Hand harvested Nero d'Avola, fermented in tank. One of the three collaborations between a Sicilian based winemaker Turi Marino and a very talented illustrator based in South East London, Gaurab Thakali. Nero d'Avola is one of the key grapes of Sicily, and here we see it expressing itself with both its iconic warmth, but also a freshness that only Turi could achieve.
