Biodynamic vineyards, organic, minimal intervention, no temp control or added sulphur. Peach-y and pear, mineral, a Sauvignon Blanc by home cellar producer Jean-Louis Pinto, AKA Es d'Aqui. Whole bunch fermented grapes, on skins, 20 days before ageing, half in amphora and half in old oak.
Jerome Lambert | Le Zu Defruit | Grolleau | 2018 | Red
Grolleau which ferments with whole bunches for a fortnight, before being pressed off to rest for nine months in fibreglass vats. This is a little darker and deeper than previous vintages, offering plenty of earth, pepper and spice.
