Blaüfrankisch, Cabernet Sauvignon both direct pressed and fermented separately. After fermentation the wines are blended and transferred to Spanish clay amphora for about 8 months. ‘Rebela Rosa’ is a tribute to Miso’s favourite cycling race, the Giro d’Italia. The winner wears the ‘maglia rosa,’ or pink jersey. Drink this and you’ll not only find yourself in pink lycra, but generally you’ll feel like an absolute winner.
