In one litre formats, Vinari bottles a blend of mainly young Callet and Manto Negro vines. Macerated mainly destemmed, but some wholebunch for between a week and a month. It’s deep, spiced, delicately herbaceous and screams being chilled and shared over long al fresco dinners with the sun slowly disappearing into the horizon.
