Cider… park that sugary Bulmers trauma now! Yes, these apples were foraged by Catalan cool kids Marc and Aïda in Garrotxa, slap bang in the sunkissed middle between Barcelona and the French border. The label was inspired by their love for zines, j’adore, ‘a bit of us’ you could say. The apple trees were grown on volcanic soils, macerated on the skins for 12 hours. A supplier of ours recently snuck us a bottle under the table during a wine tasting, it blew our minds. Sophisticated enough to pair a good pork chop, or cut through a fatty pasta dish like cacio pepe or carbonara, or just have it on its own with a bag of crisps.
