Blanc, 2019 - Max Sein Wein

So cloudy, you know it is good for you. Meet young winemaker Max, who runs a Weingut in Franken on 3.5ha organically farmed land. 'Blanc' is a blend of Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Gewürztraminer. Textural, soft, ripe lemon, apple, mango and honeysuckle. Unfiltered and absolutely delicious. My go to with Thai food, especially Padthai.

Puszta Libre, 2020 - Claus Preisinger

The 'little red dress'. Light and juicy and smashable red. Bouncy, ever so slightly spritzy, very refreshing. To 'chill' or not, that is the question? Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites. It's vegan and made from biodynamic Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent and Pinot Noir. We couldn't get our hands on it last year, things have changed... I will be drinking these until there are no more. 

Rosé, 2019 - Pierre Cotton

A 'bojo' rosé can only really mean Gamay. What makes this slightly superior is it's from a blend of plots. This bottle exudes sunshine before you've popped the cork. Charged from direct pressing and carbonic macerated juice, it glows effervescently. Then once opened, the first sip just confirms what you felt when you first laid your eyes on it. A wine for the park, picnics, jardin chillin', boating, canoeing, and canoodling in that little spot where sun find it's way just to you and your lover.
