A natural, Catalan red wine that should be opened with cured hams (acorn fed pig) and hard alpine style cheeses alongside it. Made from a blend of organically grown grapes indigenous to the mountains around Penedès, just outside of Barcelona. They grow 250 meters above sea level, on a sloped terrace made up of calcareous soils. This is a table wine that will be enjoyed by all.
