Macerated for 2 weeks, giving it this wonderful foxxy Ginger hue. Made from blend of Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache blanc, co-fermented. Deep amber hue because of a 2 week skin contact. This orange wine reminds us of the first time we snuck out at night from deep North London and took a night bus to Brick Lane for bagels.
