A heady and brooding red that captures the rustic, wild charm of the Ardéche. Produed from a beautiful parcel of bush vines of Petite Sirah planted over three hundred metres above sea level on clay, limestone and blue marl soils, the fruit is destemmed and fermented on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed to old barriques for three years of elévage. Ripe fruits, fragrant wild herbs, and black olive brine combine in on the palate with plenty of depth and concentration.
