Fresh and zesty fizz from Emilia-Romagna with an appealing hazy yellow glow, and enticing flavours of peach, pineapple, and lime peel. It’s produced from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a local grape called Spergola, with the fermentation finished in bottle according to the ancestral method. This is an easy-drinking crowd pleaser that is frankly a bargain that would go down well at any festive gathering.

A textured and deeply aromatic orange wine with plenty of ripe fruit and freshness too. It’s a blend of Grüner Veltliner (40%), Welschriesling (30%), Muscat (20%), and Weißburgunder (10%), with muscat fermented on the skins for ten days and aged in large-format oak casks, whilst the rest of the grapes were whole-bunch macerated for two hours before pressing into a mixture of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for fermentation and ageing. With apple and spice alongside grapefruit and white flowers, the wine has a character for all seasons, and is a very food-friendly tipple.
