Pull up prepared for any dinner, with three delicious styles covering all your needs, a delicious white, orange and red wine. From left to right...
Monteforche • Cassiara • Moscato + Garganega • 2018 • White
Moscato Bianco with about twenty percent of Garganega from two parcels. The fruit was de-stemmed and macerated overnight before being pressed off to rest on its lees in concrete vats for a year. This is fresh and floral, open and inviting. An easygoing, delicious wine.
Patrick Meyer • Fanny Elisabeth • Pinot Gris • 2018 • Orange
A month long maceration. Deep and dark, but as with all of Patrick’s wines. Lots of minerality and acidity. Great wine to introduce your friends and family into orange wine.
Tutti Frutti Ananas • Morango • Mourvedre + Syrah + Carignan + Grenache • 2019 • Red
Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache Noir blend. Half the fruit was fermented as whole bunches for a week, the rest given a direct press. Sunkissed, brought up on sea breeze, a wine that channels 'the med'.
