Féherburgundi, 2018 - Franz Weninger
This wine reminds us of what it would feel like to dunk ones head in an old Hungarian cold bath on a hot summers day, it's just so refreshing. Pinot from chalky soils means stoney citrus fruits and a delectable mineral finish. Perfect aperitif wine, equally good with a vongole.
Bigotes, 2019 - Frédéric Cossard
Super buttery, stone fruit, saline. Mega chardonnay. Pairs perfectly with sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream ice cream.
Quattrocento, 2019 - Cascina Zerbetta
Mineral goodness. Sauvignon Blanc from red clay ‘terra rossa’ soil, picked late in September. Month long fermentation is kicked off in steel tanks with natural yeasts. Kept on lees for three months with some battonage before racking. Unfined and unfiltered.
