Looks like an orange but would officially be classified as a rosé. Hand harvested Cab Franc from sandy gravel, clay and limestone soils. The grapes were basket pressed over 4 hours. Fermented in tank and aged for 4 months in oak barrel with a tiny bit of oxidation to develop. Very sophisticatedly juicy.Food pairing: A rosé complex and also rich enough to be enjoyed with light meats like pork and chicken. Equally a nice bag of crisps and olives will do.
