A fruity and fun rosé that’s bursting with fresh berries, it’s basically summer in a bottle. Produced from a blend of Merlot and Macabeu from young vines grown on clay-calcareous soils, the grapes were directly pressed, fermented with native yeasts and aged for six months on the lees in stainless steel tanks. One of the first family vineyards to break with the tradition of selling their entire yield to large Cava producers, they have developed an easygoing and fresh style of wines, which this rosé offers in abundance.
