A blend of local grapes, aged underground for 3 months, this wine should be enjoyed any time from midday alongside small plates (tapas) like they do in Penedès. Pithy, the wine's zippy acid is the perfect accompaniment for padron peppers, croquettes, hard cheeses, salt cod or just to cut through the fattiness of cold cuts, like some iberico jamon.
